Who can be an ambassador and what is it?

Anyone can be an ambassador as long as you are a high school senior in the 2025-2026 school year!

As an ambassador you will be expected to represent B. Vivids Photography throughout your senior year on social media and through referrals.

T-shirts, giftcards, goody baskets and more will be given to the senior with the most referrals at the end of each month; starting on August 18th, 2022 and ending at the last day of each school month thereafter!

After each session, you'll receive a set amount of photos with the option to purchase more.

With each referral, the person you referred will receive a 10% discount off of their first session and you'll receive credits towards getting additional photos to a future senior session of your choosing!

There will also be plenty of volunteer opportunities to gain volunteer credits and work closer within your community! Although not a requirement, these opportunities are encouraged to participate!

This is an amazing chance to meet other students in the area that are going through the same senior journey while also getting those memorable photo experiences to look back on in the years to come!

For the students:

Parent/Guardian permission is required! Your guardian will be invited to attend and watch your sessions in action!

I am searching for ambassadors that like to have fun! To have a personality and passions that shows throughout everything they do.

After your Headshot Session, you're invited to bring an outfit or uniform that best represents anything that represents your high school experience to the Casual Portrait Session in addition to your casual outfit of choice. This can be a school uniform, something to represent your favorite school subject or extracurricular activity! Let's show all of your friends and family what you love most about your school!

A limit of 5 Senior Students will be chosen from Northumberland, Lancaster, Rappahannock, Essex, Middlesex and Matthews High School so APPLY SOON!

Students must also refer a minimum of 2 bookings each school month in order to be eligible for additional gifts. In the instance of a tie, the ambassador whom reached the highest amount of referrals first will receive that month's prizes.

I'm glad you found me! Let's work together to make this an experience your Senior will never forget!

Let's face it. There will be multiple price tags that come with your rising senior in their last year of high school. Things not limited to sports uniforms, clothing, shoes, field trips, cap & gowns, announcements, invitations, prom, senior photos and more! By offering this opportunity, I hope to lessen those total expenses by giving your senior multiple experiences throughout their year for a cost lower than the individual session values with payment plans available.

The Senior's Guardian is required to sign the Senior Ambassador contract before the first headshot session is booked. By both the guardian and senior entering into this program, you are permitting B. Vivids Photography to use your daughter/son's first name, photographs and likeness on any B. Vivid Blogs, Website, Social Media Pages and Marketing Materials. You are permitting that you have the authority to agree to the requirements, consents and agreements set forth. The signing of contracts does not require any guardian or senior to purchase additional photos- it is entirely optional.

Additional notes:

• Referrals each month only count towards your ambassador program once the person(s) has fully booked their session.
• The top student referrals each month will be notified via email firstly before being announced within the designated Facebook Group.
• Referrals are not limited to Senior Sessions. Referrals can be counted as any session booking.
• Although payment plans are available, your payment will be expected each month on time. Should a payment be missed, your senior will no longer be accepted into the ambassador program for the rest of the year and you forfeit the previous monies paid to cover the sessions already completed, dates lost, and any other royalties included in the senior experience.
• Unfortunately not all applicants can be accepted. For those not accepted for this school year, you will receive a complimentary 20% off of your senior photo session booked with B. Vivids Photography.
• You must NOT be associated with any other photographer or photography studio and must NOT be participating in any other studio promotion or event.
• Seniors are expected to post a Senior Sunday photo to their social media accounts and tagging and hash tagging #BVividsSeniors at least twice per month after each of their Photo Sessions in the program.
• All photos from the program will be watermarked and removal of the watermark is not permitted.
• Additional purchased photos for each session will not include a watermark.
• Rep-Cards will be provided with your image on it for you to give to other seniors in your school or others in your community that you refer to B. Vivids Photography.
• Any Senior who refers 3 or more people each month will get a free 8.5x11 print of a photo of your choice from any of our previous sessions from the months before!
• Any Senior who refers a total of 1 person for the month will receive 4 wallet sized photo prints from a photo of their choice from any of our previous sessions from the months before!
• All first Headshot Sessions upon entering the program must be scheduled and completed by the last day of July 2025 and before the group meet and greet.

There will be a group meet and greet early August 2025 to get to know each other and complete the second session of the year (casual/school spirit portrait session)!
